How do I respond to reviews on Google business?
Thank the customer for the thing they named, keep it short, and sound like yourself. For a low review, stay calm, own what is fair, and offer to fix it offline. With BJS Pro the reply goes out for you, and the low-star ones come to you first.
Can a Google review be removed by the owner?
No. A business owner cannot delete a Google review. You can report a review that breaks Google's rules, and you can always reply to it. A good reply is the part you control.
Can I get paid reviews on Google?
