Make review requests a consistent part of finishing a job. RSP configures the review-request process within the Booked Job System so customers receive a clear, honest invitation to share their experience.
Ask customers consistently
Choose a suitable completion point and identify who is responsible for the request. The message should identify your business and make the review link easy to use.
Use the same fair process across eligible customers. Do not filter the public review invitation according to whether someone appears happy or unhappy.
Keep follow-up respectful
A review request should be connected to a real customer relationship and the appropriate communication permission. Reminder timing, stop behavior and the destination link need testing.
Private feedback can help the business respond, but it should not be used to hide the public review option from dissatisfied customers. RSP's offer does not include fabricated reviews or guaranteed star ratings.
Read the results with context
The report should distinguish requests sent, delivery evidence and reviews that can actually be observed. A sent message is not a completed review.
The business owner remains responsible for addressing customer concerns. Crisis communications, legal disputes and removal of legitimate criticism require a different scope.

Can you guarantee five-star reviews?
No. Customers decide whether to review and what to say. The service supports an honest request process.
Do unhappy customers get a different public review path?
No. The workflow must not gate the public review invitation based on sentiment.
Does this include removing negative reviews?
No. The managed request process does not promise removal, suppression or a particular reputation outcome.
