What moving actually takes.
- Your reviews stay on Google. They belong to your Google profile, not to any software company.
- Google profile access. Add the new provider as a manager, then remove the old one.
- Your phone number. You can usually keep it. Start with the new provider before you cancel the old one. A tracking number the old vendor gave you may not move; check their terms.
- Export your customer list before you cancel.
- Reconnect the plumbing. Social pages, website forms, review-request triggers.
